WELCOME TO SARSON SUPPERS

Today's common garden herbs didn't start out as such.  Rosemary, thyme, lavender and so many others were once foraged and used for many purposes.

From potions and poultices, to teas and tinctures, celebrations to honor deities and even to mend the sick, these herbs were used for an array of purposes all over the world.  To this day, some are even believed to have both magical principles and culinary virtues.

We will explore culinary herbalism's roots within our history, its medical benefits, and how to intentionally incorporate them into our recipes with purpose and meaning. Using healing folklore and leading culinary techniques, Sarson Suppers will create recipes designed to help you rethink all of your meals. The benefits of even the most common garden herb are incredibly profound, and our goal is to bring your awareness to these culinary betterments.

And to keep it a bit light and fun, we will also vary our discussions to talk about seasonal cooking, kitchen experiments and our love of leftovers!  So thank you for joining us, as we learn, create, and heal, together.

Join the journey.

Follow along as we explore culinary herbalism and grow together as we learn.
